ServiceNow Resources:

Developers, Administrators, Technical and Functional Analysts and Project Managers.

Contract:

Long term onsite contractors with or without ServiceNow experience. If ServiceNow training is needed, see Training below. Support by our current ServiceNow Managed services team for the length of the contract. Rate ranges determined by years of experience.

Contract for hire:

6 month Contract with option to hire at no fee. If ServiceNow training is needed, see Training below. Support by our current ServiceNow Managed services team for the length of the contract. Rate ranges determined by years of experience.

Permanent hire:

Salaried employee placement for 25% fee. 10 hours a month of Managed services team support for first 3 months for new employee’s ramp up. If SNC training is needed, see Training below. Support by our current ServiceNow Managed services team for the length of the contract.

Recruiting process:

• We start recruiting for candidates in your area – Candidates may not have ServiceNow experience - we have a skills profile we use (consulting/technical)
• We interview them to determine the best candidates (similar process we use for hiring)
• You interview them for cultural fit/skills

Training available:

• We provide ServiceNow certified training (Admin 101)
• We provide Fruition ServiceNow Boot camp training
• We provide ITIL v3 Foundations training

Typical Support:

• He/She starts as contract for hire (direct services agreement needed)  
• We support the resource from our Solution Center (virtual assistance, real time Q/A) for 3 months
